Exercise with Oxygen Therapy
(with Adaptive Contrast)

A cutting-edge therapy that supercharges oxygen delivery, clears metabolic waste, and unlocks cellular energy—while you move.

What It Does Physiologically

EWOT stands for Exercise With Oxygen Therapy, and when paired with Adaptive Contrast, it becomes a powerful metabolic and vascular therapy.

Here’s what happens in your body:

  • You alternate between breathing high-flow oxygen and brief periods of low-oxygen (hypoxia).
  • This contrast causes your blood vessels to dilate, your red blood cells to dump more oxygen, and your cells to become more efficient at using oxygen.
  • Mitochondria respond to this stress by upregulating energy production (ATP).
  • Lymphatic and venous return improve, helping to flush out toxins, CO2, and inflammation.
  • Overall circulation, brain perfusion, and tissue oxygenation dramatically increase in just 15–20 minutes.

This is not hyperbaric oxygen. It’s your body doing the work—with guidance and targeted support.

What It’s Best Used For

EWOT with Adaptive Contrast is ideal for people who feel “stuck” metabolically or neurologically. It’s especially helpful for:

  • Fatigue and burnout
  • Post-COVID or long-haul illness
  • Mold and environmental toxicity
  • Brain fog or poor circulation
  • Post-surgical recovery
  • Athletic performance or recovery
  • Chronic pain or inflammation
  • Autonomic dysfunction (POTS, dysautonomia)
  • Insulin resistance and slow metabolism

It’s also a perfect adjunct for patients preparing for or recovering from fascial counterstrain, IV therapy, or neurorehab.

Who Should Not Receive This Therapy

We screen every patient to ensure safety, but EWOT with Adaptive Contrast is not recommended for:

  • Unstable cardiovascular conditions (e.g. recent heart attack, uncontrolled hypertension)
  • Severe COPD or unmanaged respiratory disease
  • Inability to perform light movement or pedal a recumbent bike
  • Active retinal hemorrhage or recent eye surgery (due to pressure shifts)
  • Patients currently in an acute flare or crash (we’ll build up your system first)

This therapy is safe, non-invasive, and energizing—but it works best in a well-prepared system.

How It Fits Into the CORE Protocol

EWOT fits beautifully into the Optimize Metabolism and Enhance Emunctories pillars of our CORE Protocol.

  • It restores cellular efficiency, training your mitochondria to make more energy with less stress
  • It supports detoxification by enhancing circulation and lymph flow
  • It primes the body for nervous system recalibration, making other therapies like laser and counterstrain more effective
  • It helps clear interference caused by tissue hypoxia or poor vascular flow

In short, EWOT is a metabolic tune-up and a vascular reset—and a favorite tool for patients who want faster results with fewer setbacks.

Comprehensive Support for Your Healing Journey

The Tools We Use When Building Treatment Plans Include:

Fascial Counterstrain

Identify and drain trapped inflammation, wherever it’s stuck — also known as clearing the body’s memory of inflammatory events.

Bemer

Enhances blood flow, improving performance, and reducing stress.

Laser Therapy

Laser therapy improves cellular energy production, reduces inflammation, and reduces pain.

Clinical Nutrition & Herbs

Using the Lebowitz and Wholistic Methylation Protocols, we find dysbiosis, chemical toxicity, and nutrient deficiencies and put together a customized supplement/herbal protocol to bring biochemical balance.

Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (with Adaptive Contrast)

LiveO2 is an adaptive oxygen training system that boosts circulation, cellular energy, and detoxification by alternating between high and low oxygen levels during exercise. The effects are similar to Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, but more profound and longer lasting.

Vibroacoustic Therapy with BrainTap

Gently reset your autonomic nervous system using low-frequency sound waves along with audio and visuals to amplify interoception and create an interactive flow state.

Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) Treatment with Activator

Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET)

Separate environmental triggers from their automatic emotional responses to regulate the autonomic nervous system and get rid of stress related obstacles to healing.

Regenerative Injection Therapy

Accelerate healing of joints, ligaments, and chronic injuries using prolozone, neural therapy, and PRP.

Low Dose Immunotherapy (LDI)

Retrain your immune system to stop overreacting to foods, pollens, chemicals, and microbes — drug-free.

Microcurrent Neurofeedback

A gentle, non-invasive therapy that uses tiny electrical signals to help the brain and body reset.

SoftWave TRT

A non-invasive treatment that uses gentle shockwaves to target injured, painful, or weakened areas in order to help your body heal naturally.
