Unfortunately at the age of 36 I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. Aggressive chemo, radiation, and surgery would save my life, however the surgery left a large scar from the front of my armpit to the back of my armpit. 20 years later I have circulation issues which caused me to constantly wear a compression sleeve. I couldn’t straighten my arm, my arm constantly aching, and starting to lose the use of it all together. After an amazing visit to True Resilience I now have the full use of my arm back with no pain whatsoever. Dr. Evan van Driel you have change my life for the better and I can’t thank you enough for listening and fixing my arm. My husband also has had experience with treatment from Dr. Evan that saved him from having knee surgery due to a tennis injury, incredible! We now have our teenager going for any sports injuries. I would highly recommend this clinic and I have many times over. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I can’t thank them enough.

Hi! I never write reviews but felt compelled to do this for Dr. Evan..a little of my story..I developed Covid in the beginning of December..a mild case..however during my healing process I developed a lot of other symptoms..the most frustrating were gastrointestinal issues..I was recommended to see a gastroenterologist..a lot of major testing done..a lot of anxiety issues waiting for results to find nothing..I knew my body was not at a happy place..with research and reading reviews I found Colleen and Dr. Evan..Colleen returned my call within minutes..made my appointment for that day to meet Dr. Evan..she’s a beautiful kind person..after then meeting Dr. Evan I knew I was going to finally be better..finally be myself..yes I have gastro issues but never knew why..a lot of my body needed some adjusting inside and out and I now understand was going on before Covid..I’m happier..I’m healthier..and someone is finally listening to me..Dr. Evan has done some adjustments along with a few supplements..I also have had laser treatments to help my internal organs..no meds were given which I feel are bandaids to the real reason of why is this happening..Dr. Evan will continue to be my primary care physician..his knowledge amazes me..thank you Dr. Evan and Colleen..words can not express my gratitude!

I cannot say enough about Dr.Evans and his approach to wellness. No invasive testing or drugs that just mask symptoms and cause other problems. He lets the body's nervous system and emotions guide him to bring healing and balance emotionally and structually. I am seeing him for extreme gut issues, and after the first visit I felt so much better. An added bonus was a lower back pain I had from an injury over 40 tears ago is completely gone. Its truly a blessing to work with Dr Evans and feel my body daily becoming more structually sound, my organs and digestive tract working properly, all inflammation and pain gone. This is how true Doctors should work, to treat the whole person instead of the disease, the mind body and soul of the patient to promote healing and well being. If you truly want to see results, give Dr.Evans a try.

Normally I don't write reviews, but after seeing results within a week, everyone needs to know how amazing Dr. Evan is.For the past 3 years I've been searching to feel myself, I've tried acupuncture, adjustments, I've seen other naturalpaths, but nothing has helped me feel my best. It is so frustrating to seek medical help and not see results.When I came to Dr Evan, he was excited and very interested in helping me feel myself. I have been seeing him for a month now and within a week, I noticed a difference. He is very kind, he takes the time to listen and explains why certain things happen in your body and how everything is correlated. He gets to the bottom of the problem and fixes it, instead of treating your symptoms like regular Doctors do.He is very knowledgeable, loves his job and gets excited with you when you start seeing results. He has also helped my husband with chronic knee pain, (no knee pain at all). If you are still searching for a good doctor give him a try, you will be grateful you did.

If you are looking for a Dr. who will listen to you and hear you and take his time with you then Dr. Evan is the one you should see. He gets to the root of your problem and tries to figure out what is causing your pain. I love that Dr. Evan uses natural medicine and supplements instead of just sending you home with pills that just works like a band aid. The only thing that sucks is that you have to pay out of pocket. But it is so worth it. I have not felt this good in years. He has helped me with my gut issues and I did not need to go see the gastroenterologist. Thank you Dr. EVAN!

I'm a very active person, but I started getting ill in October 2019, by December I could barely walk. I was having cardiology (AFib and tachycardia) and other symptoms out of the blue. After getting hospitalized and seeing the hospital cardiologist, she informed me that she had big plans for helping me, starting with medication and an ablation. She prescribed medication to steady my heart but I didn't want to take them. After 35+ years working in hospitals and clinics, I never really saw people on medication for various illnesses fully recover, in fact, many developed side effects and some died. I had made a deal with myself that if I ever got sick, I would take the natural route. I found a program that I felt in my heart would help me and after one week of being out of the hospital and being on meds, I quit taking them. My next cardiology appointment went horrible. She didn't agree with how I wanted to heal, she managed to shatter my faith in what I was trying to do and I felt lost. I made a deal with myself that I would continue to see her until I had the stress test and ulta sound done. My heart was healthy except a portion that was a little damaged from sleep apnea. This made me happy. I didn't really have a heart problem, but she didn't know what caused the trouble so I refused to take her meds. I knew I needed a doctor who would support my beliefs. Dr. Evan is that doctor. We do acupuncture, Beemer, he gave me supplements and I started feeling better, three steps forward, two steps back, but still forward. It's been about 8 months now and I'm able to function much better than before. I still have a ways to go, but I'm in good hands and have faith Dr. Evan will get me there. His compassion is overflowing, and I thank God Dr. Evan is on my side.

Love Dr. Evan Van Driel. His approach to health is true to natural medicine. He makes sure your body has the nutrients needed to generate with natural medicine. My husband and children's health have improved dramatically. Learned tons from him on how the body is connected and how organs and dificiencies influence illness. First ND I visit that has kinesiology integrated in recovery and optimizing health. If you are looking for a true natural approach to optimized your health this is the place to go.

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about Dr Evan and his team at True Resilience. To start, Coleen the office manager is prompt with her correspondence and helps to create a peaceful retreat at the office.I have visited multiple naturopathic practicioners and Dr. Evan is by far best one I have visited. Not only did he take the time to really listen to my problems. He asked great questions that not only showed that he was paying attention and thinking of solutions but also helped me to think critically about what was going on with my body. I was in an accident a few months ago and have a large ball of scar tissue in my lower abdomen and am still dealing with concussion syndrome.Dr Evan injected my scar with a concoction that actually began to reduce the size and stiffness of it almost immediately. He also offered some different therapies and theories in regards to the TBI not healing properly. I felt truly heard with him and I am looking forward to continuing my treatment at True Resilience.Thank you for being a great doctor!

Dr Evan and Colleen are amazing! He has treated me for a few things one being foot pain. He knew exactly what I needed and my foot is all better. Back to hiking, and no pain at all! I’m a huge fan of acupuncture. I love the treatments!!

I found Dr. Evan just as I was beginning to lose hope in living a life free of Chronic Urticaria. I began to feel doubtful that anything could be done to help me after having exhausted all of the conventional treatments offered to me. I was also simply just not getting answers as to what the core issue was and as you can imagine, that was very frustrating. I can confidently say that Dr. Evan helped me gain my life back. In no time, I was feeling like me again and was able to go back to enjoying life. I cannot thank him enough. We could use more compassionate and genuine healers like Dr. Evan.

This Clinic saved my life. My reasons for coming into True Resilience was due to my chronic depression, panic attacks and social anxiety which were taking over my life. My conditions affected my life extremely, I lost my social life, I had to drop out of nursing school due to my brain fog and felt as if I had lost myself pushing me into a very dark suicidal time in my life. Before true resilience I had tried over a dozen different therapies and had tried over 23 different medications and had even checked myself into a mental institution to no prevail. When my mom first found true resilience, I was skeptical because I had tried so many therapies/ medical treatments and had put on so many medications I was terrified to find another doctor that would give me hope just for me to still end up miserable a couple weeks later. My first appointment I could tell there was something different about this doctor, he was very attentive, and I could tell he actually cared and believed he could help me. He focused on fixing my problem at the root instead of masking it and numbing me like my doctors would do in the past which gave me a lot of comfort. I would definitely recommend this clinic and do almost every time I come in contact with someone that Dr. Evans services could help. The reason why I will always be so grateful for this clinic is because they take a step farther then typical medicine. Dr. Evans helps to find the underlying issues in your life and fix them instead of just covering up. He provides treatments that I never knew existed and ultimately has given me hope that life could be worth living. I personally look at Dr. Evans as one of my guardian angels, because I know without a doubt if it wasn't for him and his medical efforts I wouldn't still be here today.

I was diagnosed with Acute Ulcerative Colitis, an autoimmune disease, in August 2016. Following the diagnosis and long lasting flare ups, I was beginning to lose hope. I couldn’t sleep, I was in chronic pain, and was frustrated because it felt like nothing was working for me. I needed more than I was doing. My daughter did some research and found True Resilience. I was hesitant at first because of the constant warnings that “there is no cure” for this disease.Conventional medicine addressed the one specific problem of my colon, but naturopathic medicine has approached the entire body. Working with Dr. Evan for these past couple of months has helped me to manage my symptoms better through education, applied kinesiology, muscle testing, acupuncture, chiropractic adjustments, and lasers. Dr. Evan will go above and beyond to research my particular situation and recommend supplements and interventions as needed. He is not pushy and simply tells you what he thinks will work best.He encourages me in every aspect of healing including the physical, mental and emotional components of my health and well being. Combining conventional and holistic medicine has helped me to balance living with this disease and, for the first time in a long time, I am hopeful. Dr Evan was instrumental in helping my body find balance again! His ability to assess nerve conduction and improve has allowed me to walk with normal rhythm again and to reduce pain in my post op knee. I highly recommend him!

Dr Evan is super friendly and kind! He is a great doctor because he makes you feel comfortable, listens to all your concerns and takes the time to give an amazing treatment. He worked on my cranial nerves related to my salivary glands and eye movement. Before seeing him I never had any idea these systems were messed up. But I began to notice that my vitamins would dissolve faster in my mouth and my reading became more fluid! I will continue to go see him as he is really accommodating for students.

I had a great experience with Dr. Evan. His perspective and treatments were refreshing, particularly in contrast to a more allopathic approach. He was able to tap into (and clear) some underlying issues of mine on a physical, mental AND emotional level, which was really powerful for me. He has an easy and gentle way of connecting with you as a patient, which I really appreciate in a provider. I also work in the medical field and have been referring patients and friends to him. Dr. Evan is one of the best naturopaths in the entire state! I am a local chiropractor and I have been treated by him many times. I also have referred many of my patients to him with great results! His extensive knowledge of natural treatments and calm caring demeanor are a powerful combination for healing. I stumbled upon Dr. Evan through the web looking for an alternative approach to my previous years and bout with horrible allergies and Asthma. Throughout the 3 years of treating my symptoms with western Medecine and steroidal prescriptions i found myself on a vicious treadmill and getting no relief. I made my “free” consultation that very day and thought...” what do I have to loose”! By the end of my consultation I felt I had hope that Dr. Evan could truly help me not just mask my physical problems but rid my body of them. Dr. Evan van Driel has greatly improved the quality of my life in a number of ways. My initial focus was to see if he could improve my severe Bipolar Type II depressions, which were crippling my life. He helped me reset my Circadian Rhythm, which was definitely a factor in the depressions, and started me on several supplements, which were helpful. He has frequently and successfully used Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) to clear physical and emotional issues, a number of which I believe were related to the overall depression cycle. I have not had a depression since I began working with him. I highly and unconditionally recommend him. He is a gentle, kind, thoughtful, and very professional practitioner who is exceptional in his sensitivity to the patient and in his ability to zero in on and clear significant issues.
